I got 5 Wyze Cam V3, Doorbell, Smart Lock, Thermostat and now I’m going to preorder and subscribe to the Wyze Home Monitoring. Agreed, cellular back up is a must for me. Already had been burgled with phone line, internet, into the house cut. I pay $25 mo. for a cellular based battery back up system no cameras no alarm permit, have neighbors with guns!

I love your products. And I have tried several times to buy your products. I tried to buy face masks, smart plugs and recently a pre-order for V3 cam. No luck. I like how the industry wants to sell vulnerable equipment to non-professionals in an effort to remove the sales consultant from the industry and get away with providing low quality products and further pushing a locally driven business model to extinction for favor of corporate manufacturing of proprietary junk.

Does the hub unit enables all the Wyze devices at home to continue to function in the event of internet outage? I hate that currently all Wyze products cease to function when there is an internet outage (i.e. motion detector and sensors no longer trigger the lights, etc.)! Does the hub have micro SD card storage so that video footages can be accessed remotely grub quickly from the hub instead of the cameras themselves and it's slow and limited computer prowess?

I think the cams are cool and the sensors but I wouldn't pay for this type of security. I would feel better signing up with a professional company instead. My insurance company wouldn't even accept this service.

Well that seals it. Australia won't be getting that professional monitoring for even $10 AUD a month. No Wyze for Australia. Not even Canada by the looks of these comments.

I love my Wyze cameras but the door/window contacts are USELESS!! Look at the reviews before you buy.... I submitted a ticket on them 6 months ago and haven't heard anything back.
