I'm so disappointed in the non-customer service from Wyze. Trying to get some "live" customer service is impossible! There is absolutely nothing on your website about how to actually contact someone. I really hyped up this product to my husband when he was looking for a web cam because I was familiar with it via watching Dave and the Crosby family on USposts. The way Dave talked, it sounded like you could just pick up the phone and call for help. Not so! There's no phone number! Very disappointed.

My outdoor camera does not seem to have the same level of clarity as my indoor cameras (which I also have outdoors). WIll this be upgraded at all?

@CopyrightStrike Songs ya I know.. wyze don't accept orders from or ship to Canada nor will amazon.com.. there are a few items on amazon.ca but basically just profiteers... I can buy the wyze band for $110.. no thanks. I'd be ok with exchange and shipping costs if I could order from wyze. I have 6 cams I got on amazon.ca ( for double us price) and love them. Would certainly buy more of their products if I could at a reasonable mark up.

The only thing on my wish list is that the notification time get's down to under 10 seconds, instead of nearly 1 minute. I'm really looking forward to that update!

When are you guys restocking the Outdoor camera? Just like others have been waiting for months? What a bummer!!! Is it because the pandemic that things are so slow on your end as far as restock?? What's the difference with the new V3??? Price is huge, but as far as specs what are the differences??? Hopefully anyone gets to answer my concerns!

Sorry, I can't listen to this as you are now telling the world how much better V3 is for the same price and so very much better... I hate being duped and ignored as I was a pre-order customer that supported your company before it was so ignorant of hurting real customers.

@Danny Waldman Does Apple or Google do this? I think you're expecting too much. The right thing for them to do would be to offer a refund or exchange however. In the end, you still got what you wanted originally though..

I mean, I think the right thing to do would be to lower the v2 price under the v3...but your statement makes no sense. A company will make a newer product for equal or greater the cost of the previous generation. You can't get angry at them for that. It's called progression.

I am angry... I have recently purchased a total of 5 cameras... 2 outdoor and 3 V2 and now you have touted the wonderful new Version 3 that is wonderful and I feel duped as I now don't have the latest, paid the same, don't have Cam Plus and even have a pre-order for the headphones. You ignored the loyal customers and now you have much better and you are bragging about how much better it is than the lower quality cameras I have recently purchased thinking I was doing the right thing... evidently NOT.

@Freddie the Fly We absolutely will! Wyze Cam v2 devices are still useful for immediate RTSP capability and webcam firmware, so it's not safe for us to assume that all v2 orderers will want an automatic upgrade to a v3 instead. Same with Wyze Cam Outdoor which is a battery operated cam that can go places that v3 can't. We're more than happy to swap out devices for folks within our 30 day return policy if they reach out to Support. :)

You have a 100% valid reason to be pissed Danny. If I had just bought a bunch of their old products and then they announce a way better camera for the same price, I'd be pissed too! They should at least offer a full refund for those people that bought V2's or outdoor cam within the last 30 days.

@bratling My gripe is that my cameras were backordered and they sent them to me days before the release of the new V3... they knew it was coming so why send me the old version at the same price. Why did I wait to get the outdoor cameras when the V3 can be used outdoors... I spent $60 on the outdoor cameras and the V3 is $20. It's not like I had the cameras for years or months... I haven't even finished mounting them yet.
