Had mines for couple weeks and it would not send me any person detect notifications. I have all my settings correct and it still would not send notifications even though it recording someone by my door...sometimes

Love you guys, but I have to admit that the $23.99 is slightly misleading given the Cam plus mandate. On one hand you are bragging about the low price, but then putting the camera behind a paywall in the name of supply constraints. Not a great look, IMO.

YOUR SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. YOU SELL A SUBSCRIPTION FOR A CAM, AND THE SUBSCRIPTION DOESN'T WORK, CAUSES ERRORS. BUYING A SECOND SUBSCRIPTION DOESNT WORK EITHER. NOTHING WORKS. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF THEIR TRYING TO FIX, WYZE REFUSES TO REFUND ANYTHING. 2 SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE COMPLETELY REDUNDANT. THEY HAVE A "NO REFUNDS POLICY. PERIOD." NO REFUNDS! I ordered when they ran the promotion to buy a year of Wyze Plus and get a free v3 camera in Oct or November of 2020. Ive been billed for my Plus membership but have her to receive a camera and their customer service dept is non responsive.

Since you increased the price Wyze, you might as well sell it on Amazon since you Increseed the price and commission would not be an issue and I want wyze to sell it not some third party seller like the listing has to say 'visit the Wyze store' and not "Brand: Wyze" so I can confirm they officially sale it

I am very happy with the V3. It would be cool if you sold a battery/solar panel that would work with it. I have it mounted 160 feet from my house in a tree. Wifi connection is great.

Spotlight accessory isn't listed on the apps store tab. Pre-ordered 3 v3s, and didn't even know the spotlights were a thing. Had to go to the actual website to find them. Now I just hope they develop a Roku app lol

Can Wyze explain why their app still can not be used in landscape view mode on an iPad? Anyone holding their iPad in landscape or using it in a keyboard case literally have to pick the iPad and keyboard up and hold it in portrait just to configure anything in the app. Further, the app now has its own widget, but again if you tap the widget while holding the iPad in landscape, the image flips to portrait. My question is simple, why?

At one time you got an edge on new products being on the Early Order list. Now you have to buy your way into it with a monthly fee for Cam Plus. Seams a little more like a Bribe then a Benefit.

Just got my first V3. The starlight sensor is truly amazing. I have 3 V2's and the low lighting performance is so much better that my dark backyard looked like daytime in the middle of the night. Keep it up!
